Is this a subscription?+
No. $2.99 USD is a one-time base price for a permanent license on one machine. Paddle shows the final localized price and applicable tax before payment.
Can I try kticket before buying?+
Before buying, you can use the TUI, preview changes, list accounts, check permissions, remove grants, and delete accounts. Issuing credentials and adding grants require a valid license.
Does reinstalling the OS require another purchase?+
Usually not. The Machine ID is based on firmware identity rather than an OS installation ID. Motherboard replacement or VM recreation may require a reviewed license replacement.
How is the license delivered?+
After Paddle confirms payment, kticket signs a machine-bound .ktlicense file and sends it to the verified checkout email. Install it once; verification is fully offline.
What is the refund policy?+
Licenses are generally non-refundable after delivery, except as required by law or Paddle rules. See the Refund & Service Policy.
